Poor customer service, product worked as needed.
Slow shipping. Shipping I paid 3.99 for. Once I messaged rec warehouse about the shipping status not being updated for 2 days it did ship out that morning... however, no one ever replied to my message with an apology or even an excuse to why it took so long. No big deal, but not the level of customer service I expected. Fast forward to arrival... Upon receiving this item I was surprised to open the package & find that it had only dropped down into the mailing envelope. No packaging around the jet tool itself. Looked as if it had been used already. In the end it worked as needed. I was able to maintenance my jets & all is well.
