Packages are shipped via USPS 2 Day Priority Mail or FedEx.
Most packages are shipped Same Day or within 24 hours.
Free Shipping on Orders Over $50.00. Orders Under $50 will have a $5.00 shipping Charge.
In the event that an item is not in stock, we will occasionally Drop Ship the item direct from our supplier to save delays in processing your order. Usually these item will be shipped in 1-2 days.
Tracking Information from USPS and FedEx will be sent to you as soon as your product is shipped.

Backorders- Despite our best efforts, items are sometimes out of stock. This occurs due to the inability of the manufacturer to keep up with demand or due to an unexpectedly high response to items offered on our website. Items in stock will be shipped immediately; back-ordered items will be shipped as they become available. If you cannot wait for a back-ordered item, call our Customer Service Department to determine if a product substitute or other option is available
Product Warranty- All products sold are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Please note that warranties are for product repair or replacement only. The manufacturer or Rec Warehouse is not responsible any other customer expenses relating to installation or operation of the purchased products.

* Returns Must be Within 30 Days of Receipt of Purchase
* Returned Products Must be in New, Unused Condition.
* Returns Must be in original packaging with no markings on the product or packaging
* The Customer is Responsible for Both Outbound & Return Shipping Charges *
Rec Warehouse will accept returns on most items that are in new, unused/unopened condition within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be calculated by Rec Warehouse.
Product Return Exceptions:
Custom Made Products cannot be returned. These products include, but Not Limited to, Spa Hard Covers, Team Branded Custom Made Products
Swimming Pool Liner returns must be in Un-Opened, Undamaged original packaging. (For warranty claims follow the product's manufacturer's policies)
Swimming Pools and or Swimming Pool Packages cannot be returned. (For warranty claims follow the product's manufacturer's policies)
Spa/Hot Tubs cannot be returned. (For warranty claims follow the product's manufacturer's policies)
Pool Tables cannot be returned. (For warranty claims follow the product's manufacturer's policies)
Saunas cannot be returned. (For warranty claims follow the product's manufacturer's policies)
IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT CUSTOMER'S USE A SHIPPING METHOD THAT HAS TRACKING CAPABILITY WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM.
