Vinyl Material. Prestige Spa Covers are manufactured using specialty manufactured vinyl for spa covers and energy efficient polystyrene inserts. Each insert is heat-sealed with a poly vapor moisture barrier to protect your spa cover against water absorption. Inhibitors in both the vinyl & thread
prevent premature aging of your spa cover, which all add up to a superior product. Choose from 11 colors.
Poly Tec Weathershield Material. Poly Tec Fabric is 100% solution-dyed polyester with a urethane coating. Poly Tec is 3-times stronger than vinyl and is highly resistant to harsh UV rays, water, mold and mildew, and tears and scratches. Available in 3-colors, Walnut, Charcoal and Black. $30-Option
Density Vs Thickness. The Higher the Density The Better Your Spa/Hot Tub Is Insulated And The Lower Your Electric Bill Will Be. The Colder The Region Your Spa/Hot Tub Is Located The Higher The Importance Of Higher Density Material. The Cover Thickness Is Important If Snow Accumulation Is Possible Or Possibility Of Animals Being On Top Of The Spa/Hot Tub.
Permaliner Upgrade - Permaliner Chemical Resistant 4 mil Vapor Barrier- PermaLiner is a special 4 mil plastic vapor barrier with a special chemical resistant inhibitors to help protect against corrosion from chemicals and ozone. This will help prevent water absorption, premature aging, and will ensure a longer life span of your spa cover.

The cover is beautiful. At the time of ordering shipping time is 4 weeks. A few days after ordering I received a call from rec warehouse letting me know that it would be 10 weeks till shipping. I spoke to a rec warehouse rep. 7 weeks in just to check on the progress and was told everything was on schedule. I was beyond delighted when I received an email week 8 letting me know my cover had shipped! My experience with Rec Warehouse personnel was 5 star they were so nice and helpful. My hot tub cover came 2 weeks earlier than expected and is beautiful! Thanks so much Rec Warehouse!
